SLAM!!and she was in pitch black darkness enclosed in a mysterious room she could see in the darkness she was nocturnal and all she could see were empty shelves and a mop and just a couple of tools then when she looked up and saw an air vent and then it hit her she had an idea. 

Her idea was to climb on the shelves and since there were also a couple of boxes on the top she would climb on them into the air vent .  once she was on her way from being in this enclosed dark space she found her way into another room soon enough she found herself walking in in this school hallway the what can around the corner was the janitor/ school caretaker 

Soon she found herself getting chased  and then bam the janitor ran into the door and got a concision so she walked back to her home and rested her home was a little bit dark, hardwood nailed over the windows and an old rocking chair in the corner then she had a Terrifying memory . 

When she was a kitten her parents were happy and alive but then next day vwoohm there was a fire her parents got tripped between the wall and these pieces of wood in-front of them soon enough she heard the sirens of a fire truck and she ran away her parents are still haunting to that day she keeps on seeing these ghost and what had happened and when she sleeps she falls into this dark hole.

On that night she dissapared into thin air and didn’t know where she was she just keep on falling and falling and soon enough BOOM! She found herself in this haunted Manson with ghost surrounding her and she noticed that she was a ghost to. She saw her parents and this flashback from the fire and even her relatives and in the past her parents also died and thin she thought of something there must have been someone that has been meaning to do this and there was this one cat she could think of HISS!

When she was looking in the past her parents were arguing with this other cat about paying their tax loans but they didn’t have to because they already paid for it in the mail, and who was wanting them to pay was also a magician and there was one thing that she new that one thing he could do turn invisible so she thought when she gets older she better watch out . 

Then sooner then later she found herself back in her house again, she got the chills that she was being watched, so she ran out of the house as fast as she could then it happend there was a fire that randomly appeared out of nowhere she was right in-front of the door then when she got out the fire diapered, in front of her she saw her parents but when she went over to go and touch them they also diapered and she knew that she had to find a way to get her parents back 

So she ventured through to this one place where she knew she would find them there was this other place on the other side of the country called  memories she did know but there was this phile she had to get to make them come back alive this phile there called the living phile. 

She arrived it had ghosts and then she pulled out her map she brought with her and she just needed to keep heading north to find the phile then after 3 hours she saw this cave and something was glowing so she went with a brave face and walked into the cave and there it was the phile of living grabbed it and but it in her bag and ran off to go find her parents and that's what she did she went up to them and poured it on top of them without them noticing and right before her eyes she saw her parents in real life, they turned around and they recognised her and she came running up to her and they all hugged and they all went home and they found a new home with humans looking after them they all lived a happy life .

Writing Sample

Once there was this young man called Richard he was a very RICH king he was
the richest man you ever would have known , but one sudden day he died of this
illness called the plague , the next day Richard had his funeral with his family
members and close friends  . Once the funeral was over everyone went home to
have dinner but the very next night , robbers and bandits tried to steal the gold
but they couldn’t because guards guarded every inch of the castle . Some years
later the guards made up their mind to hide the gold somewhere far away so no one
could find it.

Years later robbers and bandits still kept on persisting to find it but still it was
nowhere to be seen . A couple of days later people from all over the town came
to the castle gate they all wanted to be king or queen to get the gold  but the
guards did not choose anyone they refused , refused and still refused but one
very day …. This CHIMPANZEE came along in the jungle when suddenly ,
something disturbed him it was this secret door that led to something but he didn’t
know what ? it had a lock on it but all of a sudden the door the door opened  he
didn’t know how but he walked in anyway , suddenly but surprisingly there was
this humongous pile of gold surrounding the golden thrown the CHIMPANZEE
went to go sit down on the throne and he felt like the real king of the jungle .

On that very day the CHIMPANZEE was crowned  king everyone from the town
though the guards were CRAZY but they weren’t , all of the town agreed with the
decision and were happy with their NEW king called CHIMPANZEE the Very
FIRST {1}  . The very next day the guards got all the gold out of the secret cave
and brang it back to the castle . Till one day King CHIMPANZEE FIRST {1}
had to do a speech , and when all the citizens gathered up for th speech when
King ChIMPANZEE the first said his first word all the citizens of the town
freaked out and ran all over the place . 2 to 3 weeks later the people of the town
got used to king CHIMPANZEE speaking the citizens calmed down and a happy
life , suddenly

The CHIMPANZEE found out in his family history , his other family members
were king and queen and found out that all  of his relatives never died because
of this magical power that kept them alive forever and never got old . So what
what will happen with the town in the distant FUTURE ?

1. King Chimpanzee will see his relatives and bring them to the town .
2. King Chimpanzee gets married and the Chimpanzee wife gets the spell over her too .
3. The Chimpanzee wife gets baby Apes /Chimpanzee  .

Water Safety .

On the second to last day of swimming the group and I were doing water safety. We were learning about how to get off a boat backwards. The instructions were hold your nose and cover your mouth at the same time and hold on to your life jacket. 

Swimming

Today on Monday the 18/11 we are going swimming at Pioneer for the 2nd week. I'm in group 2 and we do arm stroke , survival  backstroke and just normal back stroke. I think there are more swimming techniques we do but here some things of what the group and I do .

10 minutes before the half hour of swimming is over we get to go into the lane pool to do some diving (like pencil diving and just the usual diving) . We also do some breaststroke and some others. Sometimes I don't like swimming but I do like swimming because with swimming I can get water up my nose and I like swimming because I like floating and learning how to swim .    

Air powered car

On Friday last week Zoe G, Zoe H and myself were finishing off our air powered car before we started the race .

 Once we were finished with our car, just a couple of minutes later, the class was sitting down ready for the race . 

The first group that went I think.... wait I actually can't remember . After a couple of groups FINALLY  it was our groups turn but disappointingly the car did not move but at least the group and I did team work on the car . 

Visual Maths

During week 2, Room 15 and 16 learnt about graphs. With our math mate, we created our own graph. Mya and I created our graph about colours. 

We were able to look and compare our graph to our peers. It was interesting to do maths without using numbers - instead, it was all visual! 

Day trip!

On Wednesday the 13th of June, Room 16 went to the Art Gallery and Museum. 

At the museum we looked at the sun exhibition. We learnt a lot about the sun and even how solar power energy works! With the help of Anthony, we made models of solar powered cars in our groups. 

We explored a range of different Māori artworks at the Art Gallery. Using what we learnt, we went back and created our own artwork.
